Our tour guy was amazing, made the ride fun even though it was a lot of a workout, 6 miles but totally worth it. Will totally recommend.

Those young men were knowledgeable, and made the rails so fun!
Wear appropriate clothing, bring plenty of water, & wear tennis shoes.
